Jennifer is an experienced major gifts officer and has taught nonprofit management as an adjunct faculty member at University of Maryland University College for the last decade. As a health coach, Jennifer teaches stress management and other wellness techniques to advancement professionals and others in high stress professions such as teaching.
Jennifer's coaching practice focuses on optimizing wellness through mindfulness, movement and good nutrition. Simple changes to daily routines can have a big impact on minimizing habits that interfere with overall health and well-being. Jennifer trained as a health coach at Duke Integrative Medicine. She holds a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Virginia and is also a classically trained Pilates instructor.
