Week 5: Goals
Setting goals can be a great way to identify things you want to accomplish
but goal setting can also work against you by encouraging less focus on the present moment.
- You will be able to explore the role that goals play in your life.
- You will build an understanding of how goals impacts your health and well-being as it relates to nutrition & movement.
- To consider how remaining focused in the present moment can actually lead to accomplishing tasks instead of getting frustrated by achieving future goals.
