Compassion for others is important in a civil society; compassion for ones self underlies all aspects of ones health and well-being.
- You will begin to implement self-compassion in your own life (self-talk).
- You will build an understanding of how self-compassion impacts your health and well-being as it relates to nutrition & movement.
- To consider how self-compassion can lead to greater self-acceptance and make it easier to feel compassion for others.
